Trading Rules

  • Cards must be accurately described with correct balance information

  • You may not engage in fraudulent or deceptive trading practices

  • Disputes must be resolved through our official dispute resolution process

  • We reserve the right to cancel transactions that violate our policies

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring all gift cards are legally obtained

  • You must provide accurate gift card information (type, balance, currency, etc.)

  • You must accurately describe whether your gift card is physical or digital

  • You are responsible for selecting and uploading clear card images

  • You must maintain the legality and authenticity of your gift cards

Prohibited Activities

  • Listing stolen, fraudulent, or counterfeit gift cards

  • Attempting to manipulate or abuse our platform features

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

  • Using automated systems to access our services without permission

  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access controls

Platform Fees

LafiaHub does not charge any fees for listing, trading, or selling gift cards. All prices are determined by market supply and demand dynamics. You receive the full negotiated amount from buyers directly.

Withdrawals

When withdrawing funds, you must:

  • Submit accurate bank account information

  • Set up a withdrawal password for secure fund transfers

  • Ensure your bank account information is correct and current

Gift Card Pricing & Limits

Gift card prices on LafiaHub are determined by actual market conditions and negotiation between buyers and sellers. Key facts:

  • No upper limit on the quantity of gift cards you can list

  • Prices reflect real-time supply and demand dynamics

  • Market-driven pricing means fair value for all parties

Gift Card Verification & Liability

Important: LafiaHub cannot and does not verify the source or legality of gift cards. We rely entirely on your honesty and responsibility:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring all gift cards are legally obtained

  • You guarantee that cards are not stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained

  • Violation of this responsibility may result in account termination and legal action

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including: violating these Terms, attempting to circumvent security measures, engaging in fraudulent activity, listing stolen or counterfeit cards, or providing false information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
